FAQ

TELEPHONE SERVICE QUESTIONS

What is a concomcorp direct line and how does it work?

A direct line to a single predestinated number. It is not a call transfer.

I call more than more than one phone number, can I call multiple numbers on my con com line?

Yes you may call several different numbers. But you must designate the time of day you plan to call each number in advance.

May I change my numbers?

Yes, you may change your calling numbers and time slots as often as you like. You must however, provide us with the changes 48 hours in advance of making a call to the new number or new time slot.

Why is there a fee if my inmate doesn't call home that month?

Because the concomcorp line is a line installed in the area of the prison, and concomcorp must pay for its usage whether or not the inmate calls home. It's like your home phone in that regard.

How do I add more prepaid minutes to my concomcorp account?

Call customer service 24 hours a day to pay with a credit or debit card, otherwise you must mail a payment to concomcorp.

How do I cancel or move my concomcorp account?

Simply call customer service. There is a $25.00 installation fee when service is transferred to another Prison.

If I have a question, concern, or idea, who do I call?
