If we may be of some service, we will be happy to give it a try as long as your requirement does not represent a violation of any law, rule or regulation of the system or facility in which you, or your loved one is housed. Friends and family members may call us to order on behalf of an inmate. Unfortunately we are no longer able to accept collect calls from prisons. By the way, if we screw up, or if you are not satisfied with our services, we will refund your money. We are unable to extend credit by reason of BOP and DOC regulations, however, we will accept stamps in lieu of cash, and relatives and friends may pay for purchases by credit card. We also accept checks and money orders.
