Friends and family members may call us toll free at 877 963-7720. Unfortunately we are no longer able to accept collect calls from prisons. We do of course accept prepaid calls, or you may write. By the way, if we screw up, or if you are not satisfied with our services, we will refund your money. We are unable to extend credit by reason of BOP and DOC regulations, however, we will accept stamps in lieu of cash, and relatives and friends may pay for purchases by credit card. We also accept checks and money orders.
